Welcome to Chill, Simple Relaxation for Everyone. My name is Eve, and I’m a professional voice actor and writer, and my goal is to help you relax.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious, or depressed, maybe you have trouble sleeping. Maybe you’d just like to calm your mind a bit, focus your attention, or simply take a bit of a mental break from all the things you have to think about every day.
Maybe you’ve looked into ways of doing this, but were turned off by words like ‘meditation’, ‘mindfulness’ or ‘hypnosis. Maybe just the thought of sitting cross-legged somewhere makes you cringe, maybe there’s no tranquil beach nearby or a giant Buddha statue to bring out your inner zen, and maybe you’d never be into that sort of new age yoga stuff anyway.
I don’t believe that relaxation and stress relief have to have a new age component, especially if it puts up a barrier to simply chilling out and taking a mental break. So this podcast is about simple, easy, down to earth relaxation for anyone and everyone, for regular people like you and me. I’ll use different proven techniques to help you achieve whatever you’re looking for, whether it’s a simple guided mediation, gentle hypnotherapy to help you creatively visualise your goals, or sleep stories to help you drift off. I’ll also produce unique audios that provide an intimate, immersive experience of companionship and comfort, for those who need a little extra human connection.
I’m not a doctor or therapist, and none of my audios should be taken as medical advice. I’ll provide lots of links to sources of professional help if you feel you need it, and please don’t substitute these audios for professional help. Many of these audios will help you relax deeply, so please don’t listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
